Thank you for choosing me to be apart of your hair care ritual. I understand some ways and information may be new and that when it comes to hair care and styling there are a million experts out there. By booking or considering my services you have acknowledged and accepted my expertise. It is my mission to Treasure my clients. I respect all clients and potential clients along with their requests and will try to fulfill their wants and or needs as best to my ability. Please feel free to be as descriptive as possible with your requests.

Please note that if you are asking for a service that is outside of my expertise or does not fit within my brand or mission services will be denied.

I accept all major debit/credit cards, cash, Zelle and PayPal. 

Hair conditions, textures, density, lengths, advanced techniques, additional products and or services could result in additional costs. Your consultation will intel if there will be a price increase.

A service fee is required in order to book your appointment.
 

Service fees are 30% of the booked service or services, it is due at the  time of booking and will be applied to the total cost of service/services booked. Service fees are non refundable and one time transferrable if service is booked within 30 days of the original booked service.

When cancelling or rescheduling your appointment 48 hours or more is preferred. Failure to cancel within 24 hours will result in loss of service booking fee.

No call no shows must pay 100% of booked service and a 50% non refundable and non transferable service fee of next booked service.       

Although I love major hair changes and hair care done to the fullest. Time is of an essence in order to Treasure all clients' schedules. Therefore to provide you with the best service please be as detailed as possible when booking. Please do not hesitate to email, text or call with any questions to make sure we have adequate time for all services at your reserved appointment.

There is limited space so please refrain from bringing additional guest.

Phenix Salon Suites is a locked and secured facility. When you arrive at your scheduled time please give me a call or text so that I may escort you to my suite.
